I interrupt our recap of the Reform Party Convention to carry immediately this emergency letter from Cynthia Wilcox of Boise, Idaho. She is afraid that the efforts of many citizens as well as thousands of dollars is going to go for naught.

After reading her message, it looks to me like another one of these criminal judges are about to cover up the crimes of the Board of Election out there.

Cynthia, if you get this, we are having our Citizens for a Fair Vote Count Convention on August 25, 26, & 27. The purpose of the Convention is bring to the public the battles you and others are fighting – and to begin an action program to turn the tide in the face of these outrages against freedom in our nation. Perhaps you can call into the convention by phone and tell the assembled body what’s happening for a few minutes.

You are not alone. I just got off the phone with intrepid radio announcer Ken Bagwell of WTZY in North Carolina, and citizens out there are asking the Board of Elections how in the world they can keep the ballots from the people and count them in secret.

We are very interested in what’s happening in North Carolina and Boise, Idaho – and these citizens groups are taking the lead in what now will begin in all 3000+ counties.

I hope to talk to Cynthia tonight or soon. Notice, everyone, how these crooked Judges and politicians are just daring the citizenry to try to get some justice with regard to our vote, that is, with regard to the future of our country. (Incidentally, Cynthia did not call any Judges crooked – I’m the one doing that.)

And last night, by the grace of God, I was put in touch with Dan Gutenkauf of Arizona – thanks to Reform Party leader John Gilbert from the Phoenix area.

Dan filed suit for the voters of Arizona in 1996 -- to ensure their right to watch and participate in the process of how their votes are counted on election day. Stonewalled by crooks every step of the way --- Dan, despite all, took his case all the way to the Supreme Court, which ignominiously refused to hear it in May, 2000 --- just a few months ago.

Naturally, the treasonous Big newsmedia keeps this case from us while, at the same time, there is endless din on the Big TV Networks right now about the “real meaning” of Al Gore’s sloppy kiss (which he inflicted on his wife, Tipper) before he gave that absolutely dreadful speech before the Democratic Convention

Anyway, here’s the NEWS FLASH: Dan Gutenkauf has found the actual laws that prove citizens not only have a right to vote, but also have a right to know that their votes are counted in the light of day, and counted accurately.

Dan will be speaking at the Citizens for a Fair Vote Count Convention – and I’m working on getting it streamlined over the internet on votefraud.org – if anyone can help us do this and is within driving distance of Cincinnati – please email me immediately at action @ votefraud.org – but, don’t worry – if we don’t get it up on the internet live, the audio will be up on the net soon so the whole world can hear what the traitors at ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, FOX, and their affiliates in the metropolitan areas across the USA have been covering up, and will NOT report in any kind of a sustained way --- you know, the way they covered Monica Lewinsky’s blue dress, or Tanya Harding’s aide hitting skater Nancy Kerrigan in the knee.

Not to minimize either situation, but VOTESCAM: THE STEALING OF AMERICA – is just a little more important to the long term health of our nation that those two soap opera like incidents. But the Big Media’s JOB is to distract our people with such titillating soap opera dramas.

And at this moment I’m watching that pathetic sell-out Tony Snow on FOX News, talk for the upteenth hour in a row of his air time about how “interesting” and “tight” the race between Gush and Bore are.

I’m angry, when I think of patriots like Cynthia Wilcox and her compatriots getting betrayed by the Usurpers holding the offices in her town, while groveling boot-lickers like Tony Snow collect six figure and seven figure incomes for the service of NOT talking about anything important.

The days of the credibility of these toadies are numbered. It will be destroyed in this election cycle.

There has been a fraudulent election in Boise. We have spent thousands of dollars and 3 months of our time contesting this election under the law. The judge has until August 30 to render a decision, but we are not optimistic about the outcome. Please help us if you can

· using old, blank ballots from previous years (they can't say how many) in 3 precincts where they have over 700 new ballots (per precinct) from this year left unused

· adding ballots to the ballot boxes after the ballot boxes arrived at the elections office after the polls closed

· adding names to the pollbooks in the days and weeks following the election to make the books "add up”

· destroying voter sequence cards which track how many voters the poll judges saw on election day

· There is much, much more. Without some outside assistance this will be buried and no one will know the truth. Already, this is being couched as mere "clerical errors" in spite of the fact that the elections clerk kept an informal written tally of the absentees that came in for the winning candidate in this election! The counters of the votes overruled the voters. They still show 48 more votes than VOTERS - and they've been altering their books for 3 months!!

Cynthia – we’ll do what we can, starting with publicizing your case here and now on the network American e-wire. How much we or anyone can help all boils down to time and money and manpower. As it is, I must sleep for a few hours as I’ve only slept two hours in the last 36 hours – so much is happening on this votefraud vs. honest elections front with only 90 days to go in the election. And in an hour and a half I will be on another radio in California arranged by that intrepid Fair Elections crusader, Chuck Geshlider of Pahrump, Nevada.

Pray for our Citizens for a Votefraud Convention that the participants may be given the wisdom to formulate an action plan and strategy that will turn the tide quickly back to verifiable, transparent elections all across the country. And thank God for the news aspect of the internet.
