Significance - CFVC Convention Preview - Part I

CFVC stands for Citizens for a Fair Vote Count.

Sorry for the slight back-up on ewire messages. The slight delay of sending out these messages has been caused by (all genuflect) -- Computer problems, -- now apparently solved.

The significance of our upcoming Citizens for A Fair Vote Count (CFVC) convention is simple: it will be the first national gathering, and the first international gathering to return verifiable elections.

(Incidentally, the recent Voting Integrity Project - VIP - gathering does not qualify in any way, because they are openly in favor of "verifiable" computer counted elections, which is very close to being for "iron wood" or "dry water" - but more on this another time. One thing here: the very speakers at the VIP gathering, such as the Federal Elections Commission Chairman, Darryl Wold, and Bill Bradbury, Secretary of State, Oregon --- are the foremost guilty culprits in supporting and perpetuating the current anti-American vote counting system!)

Our friend in Canada, Brent Beleskey, believes that at least one Canadian Election official will come with him to speak to us - and this alone adds an international character to the gathering. There is real hope that Canada's Counterpart to C-Span will come, and we also hope that our American C-Span will cover the convention.

This gathering will provide a focal point for defining the issue and launching real national action to correct the situation. The entire proceedings will be professionally videtaped and audiotaped so that it can be played over public access, or commercial television, -- and so that people can listen to the audiotapes in their cars all over the USA.

Remember, before any other issue can be decided by the will of the people, this one issue must be addressed - verifiable elections must be restored.
