The early months of 2001 will see a Citizens' Army trying to thwart the Votescam Syndicate led by Senators Charles Schumer (NY), Arlen Specter (PA), and Tom Harkin (Iowa). The battle will take place in the State Legislatures and in Congress. While the Federal Government has systematically neutered the State Legislatures on most issues, when it comes to VOTE COUNTING - the State Legislatures are still ALL POWERFUL.
Because the state legislatures have been rendered nearly powerless on so much, the Ruling Elite in New York City and Washington D.C. have spent less time monitoring the public officials in state legislatures than in any other section of our government. We have more honest patriots in state legislatures than in any other part of the government.
The most corrupt among the State Democratic and Republican party leaderships will be pressuring their state legislators to accept the Schumer-backed vote-stealing systems. But very many state legislators will not be willing to sell their children's and grandchildren's birthright to the modern-day Money Changers in New York City and D.C. (for whom Schumer is fronting) - IF they understand the issues! And that is UP TO US.

Our job is to expose what Schumer, Specter, Harkin and the Votescam Syndicate will be trying to push, which includes: 1) some variation of computer systems with two-way MODEMS in them so that they can be fixed via satellite on a nationwide basis from a central location; 2) maybe some variation of totally unverifiable internet voting; 3) Schumer and the Votescam Syndicate will also be absolutely against any citizen hand count on election day because they are seeking to institute a Soviet-
style system here in America, under the guise of hi-technology. They profoundly distrust and despise the people of middle America, and therefore want to MAKE SURE we are saddled with vote counting systems that can be fixed from a central location. So frantic are they to get the hi-tech vote-stealing systems in place, that they've just announced they're intending to get Federal Funds to BRIBE our state legislators to succumb!
We want "paper ballot, hand-counted" systems under the control of the citizens themselves in each voting precinct. And we want ONLY eligible residents to vote - which means that voters must register 30 days in advance, so that postcards with "address change requested" can be mailed out by each county Board of Elections to catch those who do NOT live at
the addresses they gave, or who have moved or died. In addition, some proof of citizenship and credible identification should be required at the polling place before a person can vote. Everyone into the Battle!

(On Election Day, the people are barred from touching or counting their ballots; the election officials are barred from knowing what is in the software program that instructs the computers how to count the votes.)
