 Both Right; Both Wrong: Both Partners in Crime

The attempt by the hard left "Gore-ites¨ to overthrow the traditional Ruling Elite's decision for Bush is causing more and more evidence to spill into the public square regarding the absurdity of the punch card system, which is in use in 31% of the country (in 71% of the State of Ohio).

Also MORE EVIDENCE is spilling out into the public square on the criminal way in which officials of the Republican and Democratic parties at the county, state, and national levels have been systematically violating the rights of the citizens to a verifiable vote; the US Supreme Court has ruled, not once but TWICE in this century, that your right to vote includes your right to have your vote counted honestly. (A concept Al Gore has just discovered, while being objectively part of the stonewall and cover-up for the last twenty years.)

On December 8, 2000 the Florida Supreme Court ruled that the "undervote¨ in ALL Florida counties must be counted. What is the "UNDERVOTE¨?? "Undervote" is where the person votes for LESS candidates in a race than he was entitled to vote for. An "undervote" in the 2000 Presidential race would mean that the voter voted for NOBODY, which happens quite a bit. In every Presidential election, there are a meaningful, if small, percentage of people who do NOT vote for any Presidential candidate.

Now, in the 64 counties (out of 67) in Florida that will have to look at the "undervotes", some of them have as many as 9000 ballots where the voter did NOT pick a Presidential choice, at least according to the machine.

Let's look at the implications of this:

1. The Florida Supreme Court is announcing that the computers and machines that 64 of the 67 counties in Florida have used for 20 years are defective. In other words, they cannot reliably recognize many votes on citizens' ballots, and therefore DO NOT COUNT THEM WHEN THEY ARE RUN THROUGH THE Computer MACHINE. So, the Florida Supreme Court is now demanding a hand count SO THAT THEY CAN GET AN ACCURATE COUNT. (The Florida Supreme Court was apparently unaware that the "undervotes" were mixed in with all the over votes so that the first step is to find these "needles in a haystack," as one reporter called them.)

2. This means that all or any of the reasonably close elections in the last 25 years on punch card systems may have gone to the wrong candidate or the wrong issue, even if we postulate that the computers were programmed properly, which I certainly do not!

3. This morning on FOX News, during the covering of the Duval county hearings (and other county hearings) on how to FIND the "undervotes" and how to COUNT them (determine the voter's intent once they find them), numerous officials and participants have stated in one form or another "we are in uncharted waters." STOP THE TAPE! as Rush Limbaugh might say. You mean to say that, for the last 25 years, thousands, TENS OF THOUSANDS OF VOTES have not been counted because the machine wasn't sophisticated enough to detect some of them? That's what the Florida Supreme Court is telling us. And NOT ONE ELECTION OFFICIAL in Florida or anywhere else, to my knowledge, has come forth to defend the punch card /chad system. In fact, the Republican-called expert, whose name, I believe, was Amman, who designed the mechanics of the punch card machine, said on the stand during one of the trials that a hand count should be done in any close election! David Boies, attorney extraordinaire (allegedly) for Gore, repeated this expert's testimony in yesterday's session before the Florida Supreme court -- in defense of doing another hand count.

What better proof can there be that we need to go to the system detailed in "Model Legislation for Every County" (our Nov 26, 2000 e-wire on votefraud.org) and as described in "Machine Free, Canadians . . ." (our Nov 27, 2000 e-wire)?? Let's move on to other absurdities on display ---

Also, repeatedly, this morning county officials have expressed bewilderment on how to determine a voter's intent. Is a hanging chad a vote? A swinging chad? A dimpled chad? A pregnant chad? A slight indentation? The mere recitation of this silliness is also sufficient proof as to why none of these systems should ever have been accepted. And these riggable computer systems wouldn't have been accepted if the people adopting them and defending them for the last 20 years, on balance, had any interest at all in a fair and quick count -- instead of just being interested in a system that could be kept out of sight of the people and rigged from a central location.

The system for determining votes with the punch card machines is OBVIOUSLY totally subjective, in many cases, according to all the election officials in Florida. What is "subjective" for real people is IMPOSSIBLE for machines or computers. Which is one more proof that these punch card systems were objectively criminal from day one. Incidentally, the poor citizens in Pinellas, Dade, and the other counties who are being asked to determine the voters' intent on these "undervotes" are being put in an impossible, inhuman situation. At about 11:05 AM on December 9, 2000, one county official said in Pinellas county, during the official meeting of the county board, on camera, that he was totally confused and no one knew for sure what to do. Everyone present concurred. (This is building a tension in the mind of the American voter to accept the crooked system that the Schumer-Specter-Harkin vote-rigging criminal syndicate is going to recommend at the end of their hearings.)

And all of the above is why I call the Republican political establishment, the Democratic political establishment, and their public officials "partners in crime" over the last generation. Maybe only a few crimes have been committed which can be prosecuted (we're hamstrung due to lack of evidence due to the total secrecy in which the computers are programmed) but the whole process is a crime against the American people, and against our nation's future.

Now that we have identified these Partners in vote-theft SUPER-CRIME red-handed by evidence on the public record from just today's news, let's see how these same Democrats of Gore and these same Republicans of Bush are both right in part -- in what they are saying regarding the current recount situation in Florida.

* The Democrats of Gore are right when they say that all the votes probably haven't been counted. Yes, that's right. The machines are not sophisticated enough to catch all the votes cast on the punch card system due to the nature of the cards and the system.

(Also, while this is not Al Gore's point, as we've said in other e-wires, no one has any idea how many of the ballots now in use are even voters' ballots at all? Since the ballots disappeared out of public view for three days after the election, no one knows for sure if some, many, or all of them in any given county have been "deep six-ed" and replaced with batches of ballots mass-punched on a keypunch machine, which can punch thousands of ballots en masse per hour.)

* The Republicans of Bush are right when they say that the ballots are now tainted evidence, so much have they been handled, run through machines, etc. For instance, with regard to a ballot where the voter voted for nobody for Prez, someone can take a sharp, pointy object and punch a hole for one or the other and create a vote! The problem of the "recount" is now unsolvable, and guess whose fault it is? The entire Democratic and Republican establishment who has persecuted citizens who tried to fix the system for the last 25 years, and who has cooperated with the major electronic media and major newspapers in covering up the way the citizens were being defrauded through unverifiable, easily-rigged systems.

Repeat: these corrupt systems are now being exposed ad nauseam by the Big Media because the new, and infinitely more evilly-intentioned vote-rigging technology is ready. The Big Media expose is on so that the Schumer-Specter-Harkin Senatorial commission can recommend a more high-tech system, in which each voting machine has an internal two-way modem so that each machine can be fixed by satellites from a central location, using cell phone and wireless internet-type technology. Word arrives yesterday that an AP wire story mentions that the Schumer vote-rigging squad is holding out the prospect of federal funding for any county that will accept the EXACT system the Senate investigation recommends.
