Ross Perot – Deadbeat Dad of the Reform Party – Endorses Dubya Bush . .
. huh?WHAT A REFORMER!
Tonight on CNN’s Larry King Live, Ross Perot further confirmed the thesis in our “cult classic” “R. Perot. R for Rat.”
In that June 5, 2000 Network America e-wire, we had stated that the real purpose of Ross Perot’s entry into politics on February 22, 1992 on the Larry King Live show – was to divert the counter-revolution against the New World Order that had begun to take form in the insurgent campaign of columnist/TV commentator Patrick J. Buchanan against President George
Bush the elder in the 1992 New Hampshire Primary.
Those of you who have read that e-wire will recall that we documented that Perot appeared on Larry King Live to announce he would run for President -- one night after PJB's post NH primary appearance, and two nights after Pat Buchanan had almost upset President Bush in the 1992 NH Primary. (The possibility exists that Buchanan did upset Bush in that
primary, as the election night progression of numbers was highly suspicious, complete with 10,000 ballots “found” on Wednesday morning, which “dropped” Buchanan’s numbers below 40%. In fact, so suspicious was the progressive vote count that establishment mouthpiece TIME magazine felt compelled to run the highly unusual story called “The Morning
After” in its March 2, 1992 edition on page 22. The whole sidebar was devoted to trying to explain why the initial indications that Buchanan was running dead even with President Bush --- 49% to 49% -- were so far off.)
Those who review that ewire will find that we did not give any play or credence to the widely circulated disinformation that Perot ran in 1992 because he had a vendetta against the Bush family. Whether he did or didn’t is a secondary issue, as proven by his appearance on Larry King Live tonight, Thursday, November 2, 2000.
In this latest appearance, Perot absurdly came on Larry King Live to endorse a candidate who OPPOSES virtually every key tenet upon which Perot supposedly founded the Reform Party in 1992. That’s right, Perot endorsed his supposed arch-rival's son, George W. Bush for President.
Piling absurdity upon absurdity, Perot, -- bobbing and weaving in and out of his patented homespun cliches -- tried to make his endorsement of Dubya plausible by saying that there were only two horses who had a chance to win, so he had to pick one of them. Wwweeeeellllll --- isn’t that exactly what was said against Perot in 1992 and 1996? By tonight’s logic, did he secretly go into the voting booth in 1996 – and vote for Clinton or Dole? the only two candidates the Big TV Networks said had a
chance to win?
What’s really going on here?
Perot, whatever’s going on in his head, for he still strikes you as having genuine patriotic feelings, is continuing his role of stop any real third party opposition from getting going.
Can you imagine? The man comes on and endorses a candidate who is totally in favor of NAFTA, totally in favor of GATT, totally in favor of the WTO!!!!
Stopping third party efforts right now is synonymous with the “Stop Buchanan” movement. Why? Because Ralph Nader, the socialist full of conviction, has no life except what the the five Big TV networks give him. His supporters are spiritual hippies from the sixties --- flaky, fuzzy-thinking, harmless. Howard Phillips, for all his brilliance and sound principles, is still invisible to the public. Harry Browne has the same problem Nader has in a different direction: his supporters are hopeless theorists who only want to inspire debate and discussion.
While some great votefraud crusaders may disagree, the principles espoused by the Constitution Party and the Buchanan-ized Reform Party are what the New World Order fears. The do not fear Nader's socialist agenda, and they do not fear Browne's basic tenet, telling men that they "will be as gods" -- for that is Satan's own principle, the one he uses to enslave men to sin.
Because of his visibility and his rhetoric on illegal immigration, the middle east, and pro-life, -- it is the forces which are gathering around Patrick J. Buchanan which the Ruling Elite in Wall Street and Washington DC fear. Their main goal, -- even above whether Bush or Gore win the privilege of being company President for the New World Order -- is to "crush" Buchanan and the Reform Party in the upcoming election; show them with a measly vote count -- maybe less than 1%; give out the impression that it's all hopeless; that is wasn't worth the effort; that it wasn't worth the pain. Such is so very possible to ensure with control of all Big Media and the magic of easily rigged computerized elections!
So every key move in the last 18 months can be understood if you keep in mind: what must the Ruling Elite do to Stop Buchanan.
This is NOT to say that grievous strategical blunders have not been committed by Buchanan Headquarters which have done as much to “Stop Buchanan” as the Ruling Elite itself. These errors, with all due respect, include the endorsement of Bob Dole in 1996, the alliance with marxist Lenora Fulani, the failure to put some significant resources into building the grassroots in the Reform Party during the last two months once the $12.5 millions in matching funds arrived, the decision to not challenge the public opinion polls putting Buchanan at 1%, the decision not to make "votefraud vs. honest elections" a frontline issue
at the Reform Party Convention and in the campaign, the apparant imprudent expenditure of the $12.5 million which has left most of the country wondering where the Media Campaign is, the failure to have a back up strategy once Buchanan was kept out of this year’s Presidential Debates, and the appearance of conducting the campaign since then in such a way as to not obstruct G.W. Bush’s impending ascendancy to the White House (such as reports circulating that the decision was made to
put TV ads primarily into states where Bush had already lost for sure, the failure recently to submit an essay to the Wall Street Journal along with Bush, Gore, and Nader, and other similar realities that are giving rise to this conclusion by some).
But these real or apparent blunders by Buchanan Headquarters do not negate the fact that everything in this campaign can only be understood completely if you keep in mind the principle: “Stop Buchanan and the Reform Party.”
Thus the early coalescing of the GOP and the Big Media behind the inexperienced lightweight G.W. Bush in early 1999 – unheard of in any past election cycle; the desperate search to find someone to oppose Buchanan in the Reform primaries, resulting in the comical performance by the political moron Donald Trump, the hasty retreat and exit by Jesse Ventura, and so on; the absurd and illegal antics of Perot’s hired hand Russ Verney and Natural Law Party T.M. baffoon John Hagelin to create hurdles for the Buchanan campaign with regard to ballot recognition and receiving the matching funds; the COMPLETE black out on the national news media (so unlike the treatment accorded Perot, Nader, and other establishment players) – Buchanan himself recently observed on C-Span that he has not appeared on the Network Nightly News even once in the
whole Presidential cycle, that he has been kept off the front pages of the Daily Newspapers, and out of the debates, etc.; and now the sudden omnipresence of Rush Limbaugh on the television talk show circuit to shore up any doubting conservatives, and . . . and . . . and . . .
Tonight’s endorsement of Dubya by Reform Party founder Ross Perot on his favorite forum: Larry King Live.
Perot treated the audience to other mental hijinks, ridiculosities, and fiddle faddle during his hour of holding forth ( “. . . stay with me, Larry, stay with me.”)..
He stated that he had no part in the battle for the Reform Party nomination. Maybe he's forgotten that a few days before the matching funds were awarded to Buchanan, that he had given a sworn affidavit to the FEC saying that TM guru John Hagelin, not Buchanan, represented his idea of the Reform Party. And, I guess we all have to believe that Russ Verney was on Perot’s payroll during the entire 10 month struggle, but that Verney and Perot never conferred. And I guess those Verney body
guards at the Long Beach Convention with “Perot Systems” security patches on their arms – as pointed out by Bay Buchanan on CNN”s Crossfire on the Tuesday before the convention – were there in Long Beach without the permission of Perot.
In his most treacherous moment, in response to a question about Buchanan’s nomination, Perot indicated that he viewed Buchanan as a rascist who sought to divide people. What – with the total news blackout on Buchanan’s campaign – maybe even Perot himself has not yet heard that Pat picked Ezola Foster for his vice-Presidential running mate!
However, in another exchange, he said he was infuriated that Nader and Buchanan had been kept out of the debates, --- because – he’d been through all that himself, and so on.
That Perot! W-H-A-T A R-E-F-O-R-M-E-R! In reality, he was just playing his continuing role to make sure that no third party ever gets off the ground. Why he plays that role amidst his believably sincere patriot outbursts now and then, --- I don’t know, but play it he does.
Perot’s endorsement of Bush, together with his effective attacks on the honesty and integrity of Al Gore, is another indicator that, as we have consistently predicted since August 2, 2000 --- that the Ruling Elite wants Bush-Cheney.
