     This is a request for public records pursuant to A.R.S. 39-121.

       Please furnish me a certified copy of the following public record:

    All documentation  related to E.S.S., Election Systems Software such as:

1. How long have they been in business and documentation on any previous mergers or consolidations with other companies.

2. Names of Board of Directors, location and phone # of local and national headquarters, how many employees, name of chief liason with Maricopa County, and any foreign affiliates.

3. Does E.S.S.,  or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates,  manufacture or provide any cell phone or satellite technology?

4. Copy of E.S.S. contract with the County which shows what services and equipment they provide and the cost of their services and equipment.

5. Names and locations of other companies that submitted bids to the County offering the same services to provide software, hardware, technology, and consultation in electronic tabulating equipment, prior to acceptance of contract with E.S.S.. 

NOTE:  ATTORNEY  JILL KENNEDY STATED THAT ALL OUR QUESTIONS WOULD BE ANSWERED BY NOV.7, 2000. I WILL HOLD HER TO THAT COMMITMENT.
